Horizon Estates is a conceptual digital platform designed to streamline the property market experience for buyers, sellers, and renters. The project focused on creating a centralized, user-friendly interface that aggregates property listings with clarity. The primary objective was to reduce the visual noise often found on real estate aggregators, replacing it with a focused and elegant search experience.

1. Design Direction

The visual identity prioritizes a clean, architectural aesthetic to mirror the modern properties featured on the platform. The design utilizes a muted color palette dominated by teal and slate greys, allowing high-resolution property photography to stand out. Typography is kept sharp and sans-serif, ensuring legibility while maintaining a premium, trustworthy tone suitable for high-value transactions.

2. Concept & Execution

As a design exploration, this project was developed to test ideal user flows for property discovery without legacy technical constraints. The interface was executed as a high-fidelity prototype, incorporating realistic interaction states and responsive behaviors. This approach allowed for the refinement of search filtering mechanisms and information architecture in a controlled environment.
